Terms and Conditions

1. Confidentiality Agreement: All sessions and communications between the life coach and client are confidential unless consent is given for sharing specific information.

2. Commitment to Process: The client agrees to actively engage in the process and take responsibility for their own growth and development.

3. Session Scheduling and Cancellation Policy: Clients must schedule sessions in advance and adhere to the coach's cancellation policy, typically requiring notice 24-48 hours before the scheduled time to avoid charges.

4. Payment Terms: Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for coaching services by the specified due dates. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. No Guarantee of Results: The life coach will work to support the client's goals, but there is no guarantee of specific results or outcomes.

6. Client Responsibility for Decisions: While the coach provides guidance and support, all final decisions in personal or professional matters rest with the client.

7. Termination of Services: Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time, with notice provided in accordance with the agreed terms.

8. Scope of Coaching: The client understands that life coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and should not be used in place of professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual, or other qualified professionals.

9. Feedback and Communication: Open and honest communication is encouraged. Clients should provide timely feedback if their expectations are not being met or if they have concerns about the coaching process.

10. Use of Materials: Any materials or tools provided by the life coach are for the client's personal use and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the coach's explicit permission. 

These terms and conditions establish clear guidelines and expectations for the professional relationship between life coach and their clients, ensuring a respectful, effective, and ethical coaching process.
